Sarah Linow

Sarah Linow founded her company in 2009 and has been planning and coordinating weddings in Berlin, across Europe, and in Florida ever since. As founder and managing director, she remains actively involved in the planning process and personally accompanies a selected number of weddings each year.

Her approach is defined by structure, calmness, and a refined sensitivity for people, processes, and details. This mindset is rooted in many years of professional experience in international luxury hospitality, gastronomy, and management.

Alongside her practical work, Sarah completed studies in European Business Administration and pursued international professional training in wedding styling and event design, including programs with the UK Academy of Wedding and Event Planning and participation in the David Tutera Symposium.

For many years, she also worked as a speaker at wedding fairs and was responsible for editorial and organizational projects for wedding magazines and industry events in Berlin.

Industry Engagement & Own Formats

Sarah is the initiator and organizer of several established industry formats, including Wedding Wednesday Berlin, a professional networking event for wedding vendors.

She is the host of the Wedding Podcast by Sarah & Hung for couples, as well as the industry-focused podcast The Wedding Pros.

In addition, she founded Luxury Wedding Berlin, a curated network of selected wedding professionals, and the Sarah Linow Wedding Planner School for aspiring wedding planners.

As an author, she published the book Lisa und die schönste Hochzeit aller Zeiten, and she is the owner of the wedding blog Amber & Muse Hochzeitsguide.

Personality

Beyond wedding planning, Sarah finds balance through fitness, ballet, meditation, and travel. Sunshine and discovering new places are important sources of clarity, energy, and inspiration for her. She lives in Berlin and enjoys walks with her dog Balu, good vegetarian food, and traveling to destinations that offer creative inspiration.

Janine

Senior Wedding Planner

Janine has been a permanent member of our team since 2018 and accompanies weddings with great structure, empathy, and a confident sense for processes and people.

As a Senior Wedding Planner, she supports couples independently and responsibly, from the initial planning phase through to the wedding day.

Thanks to her many years of professional experience and her calm, structured way of working, couples particularly appreciate her foresight and her reliable presence throughout the entire planning journey.

In addition to wedding planning, Janine also accompanies free wedding ceremonies, guiding couples through the ceremony with sensitivity, appreciation, and a strong sense of personal connection.

Personality

Janine brings warmth and creativity to her work. She finds balance in time spent with her family, shared moments with friends, creative projects, and traveling, experiences that offer her new perspectives and inspiration.

Her greatest passion is weddings themselves: the atmosphere, the emotions, and the unique moment when two people consciously say “yes” to one another.

Kristin

Wedding Planner · Master of Ceremonies & Celebrant

Kristin has been part of our team since 2016 and has accompanied weddings of various formats and sizes over many years.

With a background in tourism management, event and congress management, and wedding planning within the five-star hospitality sector, she brings a high level of organizational skill, structure, and sensitivity to every wedding she supports.

Today, Kristin primarily supports our team on the wedding day itself and accompanies wedding ceremonies. In addition, she continues to oversee a small number of selected weddings that have been planned long-term.

Role within the Team

Kristin is assigned wherever her experience and presence are especially valuable, particularly as a Master of Ceremonies and as a celebrant.

Her calm, attentive manner and her instinctive sense for atmosphere make her an important pillar on the wedding day.

Personality

Kristin loves music in all its forms, creative projects, and meaningful everyday rituals, from the perfect cappuccino to her fascination with European royal families.

Travel, new cultures, and quiet winter moments inspire her just as much as spending time with the people closest to her.

Enrico Linow

Master of Ceremonies & Technical Support

Enrico has been accompanying weddings since the company was founded in 2009. He is married to Sarah and becomes part of the team whenever his support is needed, especially on the wedding day itself.

As Master of Ceremonies, he works discreetly in the background to ensure that schedules run smoothly, transitions are carefully coordinated, and all technical and organizational details are implemented reliably.

With his versatile background and practical mindset, Enrico is an important calming presence within the team, solution-oriented, attentive, and always exactly where support is needed.

His personal motto is:
“Nothing is impossible.”

Role within the Team

Enrico supports the team selectively at chosen weddings, primarily on the wedding day or when special on-site requirements arise.

Personality

Outside of weddings, Enrico enjoys creative work, exploring flea markets, watching films, and taking conscious time out for wellness and travel.

Arwen

Florida Contact & Master of Ceremonies

Arwen is our local contact in Florida and supports couples who are planning a wedding in the United States.

She is Sarah’s sister and has been living in Florida for many years, with in-depth knowledge of local conditions, procedures, and specific requirements. In this role, she supports couples as a reliable on-site contact and ensures clear communication between all parties involved.

Arwen joins our team specifically for weddings in Florida, particularly during the on-site preparation phase and on the wedding day itself.

Background & Experience

Arwen holds a PhD in History and teaches German and History at the University of South Florida in Tampa.

In addition, she has many years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as in supporting German companies operating in the United States.

This combination of organizational skills, intercultural competence, and local presence makes her an important point of contact for our couples in Florida.

Arwen loves her life in Florida, the closeness to nature, and creative projects such as working with bamboo.

She values exchanging ideas with people from all over the world and enjoys welcoming international guests to her holiday accommodations.

Kim

Master of Ceremonies & Wedding Day Support

Kim has been accompanying weddings since 2009 and has been closely connected to the company for many years. As a trained wedding planner, she brings extensive experience, calmness, and a very confident eye for processes and situations.

Today, Kim supports our team specifically on the wedding day itself, where presence, overview, and sensitivity are especially essential. She joins the team selectively as a Master of Ceremonies.

Background & Experience

Kim studied economics and worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She also organized Eure Hochzeitsmesse, one of the largest wedding fairs in the Rhine-Sieg district.

Her work and expertise became known through appearances on German television, including RTL, Kabel 1, and WDR.

Role within the Team

As an experienced wedding planner, Kim is a great support to couples, guests, and the entire vendor team, particularly on the wedding day.

She acts attentively in the background, coordinates schedules, and ensures that couples can experience their day in a relaxed and carefree way.

Kristina has been part of our team since 2017 and actively planned and supported weddings over several years.

Today, she supports our team specifically as a Master of Ceremonies on the wedding day, where overview, structure, and calmness are especially essential. She brings her extensive experience into the on-site process with confidence and foresight.

Background & Experience

Kristina studied business law and worked for many years at an auditing firm. This combination of analytical thinking and organizational strength continues to shape her structured way of working.

As a wedding planner, she has been responsible for a wide range of wedding formats since 2017 and knows the processes of a wedding day down to the smallest detail.

Role within the Team

On the wedding day, Kristina ensures clear processes, smooth transitions, and a relaxed atmosphere for couples, guests, and vendors while working discreetly in the background.

Her calm presence and attention to detail make her a reliable support at the most important moments.

Personality

Kristina is a native Berliner, a hobby writer, and affectionately known by the nickname Kiki.

She loves beauty and fashion trends, traveling between sunny beaches and winter landscapes, creative breaks, and cozy movie nights with popcorn or homemade chocolates.
